She is survived by: her spouse Henry G. Olthof; her children, Henry, Jr. Olthof (Cindy), Beverly Gilmore (Mark), Nancy Johnson (August), James Olthof (Tracey) and Carol Burley (Donald); her grandchildren, Emily, Daniel, Mary (Jeff), Kathryn, Eric, Jr., Jakob, Christine, Karen, Richard (Karen), Anthony, Louisa, Kelsea and Kolton; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Caleb and Makennah; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Medema, Coralyn Postma (Bill), Sandra Olthof and Marge Olthof.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Gladys may be given to Hospice of North Ottawa Community.
