Bazany; her children, Christina Lyons (Tim), Cyndi LaSitis, David Bazany (Leann), Kevin Bazany (LaDon) and Kara Perry (Dave); and her sisters, Lois Jean Mize and Sandra Kay Mastenbrook (Michael).
