She was predeceased by: her parents, German Immigrants Albert and Marie Birr (Kaasmann); her husband Jack Charleston; her sisters, Charlotte Evans and Marian Tober; and her son-in-law Richard Rimpel.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Charleston (Vanessa), Jill Murphy (Richard), Bonnie Rimpel and Jeffrey Charleston (Beverly); and her sister Crystal Norton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
