She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sjoerdsma and Kathryn Sjoerdsma (Lulofs). She is survived by: her husband William H. Rice; her brother Glenn Sjoerdsma; her children, Linda Riepma (John) of Grand Haven, Dennis Rice (Kathy) of Grand Haven, Alison Kossuth (Kurt) of Grand Haven and Scott Rice (Kristi) of Grand Haven; and her sister-in-law Joyce Sjoerdsma. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
