He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Crouse and Evelyn Crouse (Knapp); his wife Lois Marie Muche; and his siblings, Margaret Tidey and Allen Crouse.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Crouse and Nicholas Crouse (Margaret); his grandchildren, Jeffrey and Teri Crouse; his great grandchild Sophie Marie Crouse; his brother David Crouse; his siblings-in-law, Connie Crouse, Mel Powell and John Muche (Roseanna); and also, Lois, Don and Christine Kelsch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
