He was predeceased by: his parents, James Split and Barbara Split (VanKleef). He is survived by: his wife Jill Henry; his daughters, Audrey and Amber Split; his siblings, Dr. James Split (Martha), Ann Rush (Rick), Mary Sams and Robert Split (Elise); and his parents-in-law, Judi Henry, Luci Kunde, Kristin Melcher (PJ) and Morrie Beau Henry (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
