He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Guy; his grandmother Betty Guy; his uncles, Bob Guy, Jim Guy and Dan Guy; and his stepgrandparents, Albin, Ruth Janowicz and According.
He is survived by: his stepparents, Danny Janowicz (Ruth Marie), Heather Dykema (Josh), Susan Noel, Becky McIntosh (Rob) and Tammy Williams (Kevin); his uncle Paul; his aunt Judy Viles; and his friend Johanna Cormier (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
