He is survived by: his children, Doug Kuiper (Aubrey), Paula De Jonge (Blake) and Melissa Wikkerink (David); his grandchildren, Blair Kuiper, Christian Wikkerink, Michaela Bruno (Michael), Caitlin Huber (Grant), Nathan Wikkerink and Ezekiel De Jonge; his great grandchildren, Boden Huber and Troy Huber; his brother Jack Kuiper; his sister-in-law Joanne Kuiper; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Kuiper, Phillip Veen (Brenda), Mary Ferwerda (Eric), Valarie Veen, Patricia Langland (Wayne), Allan Veen (Sara) and Richard Veen (Rhonda).
