It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole Garzelloni (Spring Lake, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles VanderVeen and Helen VanderVeen (Maidment); her sister Sharon VanderVeen; and her brothers-in-law, Pasquale "Pat" Garzelloni (Betty), Frank "Beef" Garzelloni (Mona) and Edward Garzelloni.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Garzelloni, Sr.; her children, Lynn M. Dell (Timothy N.) and Joseph E. Garzelloni, Jr.; her grandchildren, Erin Moore (Keith), Jackson Dell, Isabella Grace Garzelloni and Olivia Gianna Garzelloni; her great grandchild Calvin Jackson Moore; her brothers, Kenneth VanderVeen (Beverly) and Robert VanderVeen (Patricia); and her brothers-in-law, Thomas Garzelloni (Mary), William Garzelloni (Shirley) and James Garzelloni (Maribeth). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Public Visitation limited to 25 people at a time with social distancing will be held 5-8 PM Friday at The Spring Lake Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services, 213 E. Savidge St, Spring Lake, MI 49456.
Memorial Contributions may be directed to St. Mary's Catholic Church Memorial Fund, the Shriner's Children's Hospital or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
