She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Kari Herlein of Chicago, IL, Kelsey Herlein of Grand Rapids and Kyle Herlein (Jaime) of Spring Lake; her granddaughter Lucy Herlein; her brother Gary Martin (Pam) of Mansfield, OH; and also, Linda Shepherd (Dan) of Bradenton, FL. and Vaughn Umphrey of West Olive. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
