It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonnie Mae Kozanecki of Spring Lake, Michigan, born in Douglas, Michigan, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Sewers and Alice Sewers (Plummer); her spouse Terrill "Terry" Kozanecki; her brother Donald Sewers; and her brother-in-law Ted Kozanecki.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Kozanecki and Laurie Kozanecki-Simmons; her grandchildren, Megan McDonnell and Hayden Simmons; and her siblings, Betty Rasmussen and Richard Sewers (Cherry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of North Ottawa Community or the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival.
