She was predeceased by: her parents, Cammillo D'Alessandro and Maria D'Alessandro (Flamminia); her husband Joseph C. Sloumski; and her brothers, Nick, Rocky, Albert and Tony D'Alessandro.
She is survived by: her son Michael Sloumski (Suzanne); and her grandson Joseph Sloumski (Kelsey) of Grand Haven.
