We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 94, Dorthy A. Gibbs of Spring Arbor, Michigan, born in Horton, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie W. Gibbs; her parents, Carl Prohaska and Beatrix Prohaska (Swoboda); her stepmother Frieda Prohaska (Heldner); and her sisters, Betty Somerville (Mel), Ruth Chamberlain (Ed) and Jean Fritz (Arnie).
She is survived by: her children, David (Phillip Campbell) of East Point, GA, Stan (Suzanne) of Spring Arbor, MI, Suanne Cali (Frank) of Brockport, NY and Karyl Rhodes (Scott) of Concord, MI.; her grandchildren, Shelby Knack (David), Travis Rhodes (Lindsey), Jessica Wood (Jake) and Hannah Gibbs; and her great grandchildren, Kollin, Karter, Kaitlynn Knack and Renay Rhodes.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to the Sandstone Congregational Church.
