She was predeceased by: her parents, Hercules Bales and Mary "Mae" Bales; her siblings, Martha, Marguerite, Herschel, Hollis and Vera Mae; her former husband Edward Holden; her husband Leon Fosner; her stepson David Lee Fosner; her grandson Jordan David Ramey; her nephew Terry Dunagen; and her niece Toni Lynn Marie.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Linda Kay, Paul Ramey of Kent City, Holly, Frank Junge of Bossier City, LA, Stephen Carl Fosner of Grand Rapids, James and Donna Fosner of Kemp, TX; and her grandchildren, Aubreii Joy Stuart, Candace Iola Ramey, Chris Simms, Ryan Fosner, Lindsey Foreman and Jasmine Patterson.
