She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Whittington and Ethel Whittington (Coen); her husband Phil; her siblings, Lois, Dick, Don and Mary; her sons, Dennis Van Koevering and Doug Van Koevering; and her grandson Josh Van Koevering.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Van Koevering and Cathy Riley (Steve); and her sister Carol Jacobsma. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
