We bid farewell to Sharon Lee Van Koevering of Sparta, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Sharon Lee Van touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Whittington and Ethel Whittington (Coen); her husband Phil; her siblings, Lois, Dick, Don and Mary; her sons, Dennis Van Koevering and Doug Van Koevering; and her grandson Josh Van Koevering.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Van Koevering and Cathy Riley (Steve); and her sister Carol Jacobsma. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:59 AM at the North Ridge Funeral Home (88 E Division St, Sparta, MI 49345). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
