He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scheidel and Gwendolyn Scheidel (Morris); his in-laws, Peter and Dorothy Twork; his siblings, Donna Langowski, Carol Usher and Michael Scheidel; his brothers-in-law, Paul Twork (Patricia), Steve Twork and Keith Beuschel; and his nephews, Shawn Scheidel and Robert Cody Twork.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla (Twork); his daughters, Kari Reynolds (Gordon Jr.), Lorrain Dietrich (Mike) and Melissa Culver (Scott); his grandchildren, Allysha Klein (Kevin), Trevor Dietrich (Jessica), Brooke Dietrich, Ethan Culver, Alex Culver, Lorrissa Reynolds and Gordon Reynolds III; his great grandchildren, Lenis, Sutton, Gatlin Klein and Ron; his sisters, Kathy Beuschel and Carla West (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Peter Twork, Ed Twork (Deb), Dan Twork (Carol), Gordon Twork (Jessie), Don Usher, Carl Langowski and Karrie Twork. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (425 S State St, Sparta, MI 49345). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan.
