She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward D. Grice and Loretta M. Grice; her siblings, Raymond Grice, Robert Grice and Virginia Grice; her brothers-in-law, Robert Wray and Arthur Teesdale; her granddaughter Aimee Penland; and her great grandchild Quill Penland.
She is survived by: her husband Marshall L. Penland, Sr.; her children, Gregory Penland (Ruth), Thomas Penland (Kathy), Michael Penland (Karen), Marshall Penland (Diane) and John Penland (Maria); her grandchildren, Aaron Penland, Amber Penland, Brandan Penland (Megan), Rachele Lovelace (Brent), Ryan Penland (Kelsey), Kaylee Dittenber (Spencer), Kai Penland, Kadin Penland, Dina Penland and Nic Penland; her great grandchildren, Addison, Elly, Ruby, Alice, Rosie, Zander, Mackenzie, Braelynne, Beau, Miles, Gavin, Bentley, Camden and Enzly; her siblings, Betty Teesdale, Mary Wray, Vivian Mundinger (Paul), Carolyn Wheeler (Jim), Richard Grice (Shirley) and Gary (Linda Grice); and her sister-in-law Marcie Grice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
