She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Reister and Kathryn Reister (Purdy); her husband Frank Blackall; her son Gary; and her brother Larry.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Blackall (Susan), Roger Blackall (Penny) and Wendy Lozon (Mike); her grandchildren, Brian, Troy, Dereck, Drew, Michael and Dana; and her brother Walter Reister. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
