It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Josephine Gentz of Sparta, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on November 26, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kilpatrick and Essie Kilpatrick (Holbrook); her siblings, Pearl, Lucille, Ellen, Edith, Ellis, Ashton, Mark and Albert; her grandson John Simons; and her great grandchild Halley Gibbons.
She is survived by: her children, Diane McCardle, Evelyn Simons (Allen), Clemens Gentz, Deborah Simons (Dennis), Herman Gentz (Carmen), Janet Howard (Bruce), JoAnn Line (Bill) and Annette Blair. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may given to Sparta Church of the Nazarene.
