She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Henze and Laura Henze (Steffens); her husband Arthur J. Schweitzer; and her grandson Paul Michael Salmon. She is survived by: her children, Norma, Roy Salmon, Helen Curtis, Richard Schweitzer, Jean Schweitzer, Joan and John Scalabrino; her grandchildren, Jamie (Arthur Gust), Bruce Curtis, Brian (Rachael Curtis), Alison Scalabrino and Natalie Scalabrino; her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Nolan, Noah, Zachary, Kyli and Kailynn; and her sister Julia Rasch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Holy Trinity Catholic Church Building Fund or for Masses.
