With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lori Yonkers (Sparta, Michigan), whose life came to an end on February 22, 2025 at the age of 66, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Lori may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lori touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her son Geoff; her children-in-law, Sara Yonkers and Victor Velazquez; her grandchildren, Isabel, Leah Strong-Velazquez, Abigail and Xander Yonkers; and her great grandchild Reyna Strong-Velazquez.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the North Ridge Funeral Home (88 E Division St, Sparta, MI 49345). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
