She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Simmons, Sr. and Charlotte Peterson; her stepfather Benjamin Peterson; and her husband Benjamin Feltzer. She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Dykstra and Linda Feltzer; and her stepbrother Lloyd Peterson (Diane). She is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
Burial has taken place in Greenwood Cemetery in Sparta and no formal services or visitation will be held due to Covid-19.
