She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Preston; her son Terry Preston; and her siblings, Floyd, Leo, John, William, Earnest, Alice and Louise.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri, Peter DeWinter, Molly and Jack Bolton; her grandchildren, Daniel Bolton, Christiana Bolton and Donald Bolton; her brothers, Lawrence Benson (Jean) and Milton Benson (Judy); and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Benson, Noreen Beuschel, Mary Barends and Lori Preston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
