He was predeceased by: his son Allen Osburn. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Sr. Osburn and Shirley Osburn; his mother-in-law Debbie Pangborn; his wife Debbie; his children, Jerry Osburn III (Amanda), Kathy Hargreaves (David), Tiffany Osburn and Debbie Osburn; and his siblings, Jim (Jane), Russ (Theresa), Roxanne, Rita, Rhonda and Victoria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
