With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jason P. Reed of Sparta, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 13, 2025 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Jason may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his niece Cassidy Christian Reed. He is survived by: his mother Donna Reed; his siblings, Kurt Reed, Michelle Garrett and Travis Reed (KayCee); and his close friend Jason Weinert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the K. E. Pike Funeral Home (13603 Northland Dr NE, Cedar Springs, MI 49319). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Full Gospel (170 E Lake St, Sand Lake, MI 49343).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Full Gospel for Youth Camp.
