Jari Shooks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jari Shooks (Sparta, Michigan), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Carl Scheidel; her children, Jesse Moore and Amy Swart; and her husband Daniel Shooks. She is survived by: her mother Roberta Scheidel; her sons, Chad Moore (Chelie) and Josh Shooks; her grandchildren, Ashley Bracewell (Andrew), Gage Bracewell, Matthew Swart, Noah Swart, Ryan Moore and Kelly Moore; her great grandchild Dixie; and her siblings, Keith Scheidel (Sherri), Dave Scheidel (April), Sandee Scheidel, Shelley Wolgamott (Steve) and Russ Scheidel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Family will meet visitors at the Hessel-Cheslek Funeral Home on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 6 to 8:00PM where social distancing and masks will be required. Due to Covid-19 gathering restrictions, the family will be celebrating a private Mass of the Christian Burial at Holy Family Catholic Church in Sparta.
