It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gale Scholten of Sparta, Michigan, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Scholten and Christine Scholten (Galekovich); his parents-in-law, Vernon and Frances Yost; and his siblings-in-law, Bernard Yost and Ann Maluchnik.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Scholten (Yost); his daughters, Bonny Brennan (Mike) and Deb Stacy (Paul); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Jacob, Josh, Leah and Aaron; his brother Mark Scholten; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn, Jim Rewa, Rick, Elaine Yost, Larry, Pam Yost, Mary Lou, Fred Weise, Theresa, Jeff Hertel, Nancy and Chris Jesko.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his honor can be made to the Holy Trinity Building Fund or the Alzheimer's Foundation.
