She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Ritter and Jessie Elena Roe; her husband Donald Shepard; and her son-in-law Daniel Hammer. She is survived by: her children, Denise Mercer (Terry) and David Shepard (Lori); and her grandchildren, Danette Hammer, Gregory Shepard (Karlee) and Cody Shepard (Alicia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
