It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lee Van Kampen of Sparta, Michigan, who passed away on November 4, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kampen and Geraldine Van Kampen; his daughter Sandra Van Kampen; his brother David Van Kampen; and his brother-in-law Frank Webster.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Van Kampen; his children, Lori Myles (Tim), Julie Whatley (Robert) and Dan Van Kampen (Heather); his grandchildren, Katie Byanskie (Brian), Kyle Myles (Kelly), Kacie Myles, Amanda Workman (David), Joshua Whatley, Miia Whatley, Alexandra Van Kampen and Aaron Van Kampen; his great grandchildren, Mason, Max, Will, Presley and Carter; his sister Judy Webster; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Van Kampen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Love INC of Newaygo.
