He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Blair and Wilma Blair; his wife Annette; his children, James and Barbara Orr; his grandchildren, Crystal (Jake Eerdmans), Joe (Kiara Blair), Jim (Kristen Orr), Brian (Lauren Orr) and Jessica Orr; his great grandchildren, Maile Orr, Owen Eerdmans and Andrew "AJ" Overton; and his brother Dick. He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
