He was predeceased by: his father Allan; and his brother Jared. He is survived by: his mother Emily Heath (Allen); his siblings, Jacob (Jessica), Samuel (Erin), Nicholas and Kathryn (Rick); his stepmother Ronda; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends.
