She is survived by: her mother Donna Bush; her husband Dave; her children, Amy Fisk (Steve) and April Argall; her grandchildren, Melody, Ethen and Tylar; and her siblings, Chuck Bush (Karen), Gary Bush, Cathleen Pat and Mark Bush. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
