He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Richard. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Charles Bellgraph, Jr. (Aimee), John Bellgraph (Dawn), Robert Bellgraph (Michelle) and Tina Rounds (Greg); and his siblings, Judith Dudek (Michael), Ellen Mittelsteadt, Jeanne Brandl (Peter), John M. Bellgraph, Linda Bellgraph (Kim Lang) and Susan Gross (Steven). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
