It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Burns-Plank (Sparta, Michigan), born in Elizabethton, Tennessee, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Cooke and Maude Cooke; her husbands, Franklin Burns Sr. and William Plank; her brothers, James Cooke and Billy Wayne Cooke; and her stepsons, Bill Plank and Robert Plank.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Hayford (Gordon), Franklin Burns Jr. (Sharon), Brenda Burns and Sharon Harris (Cliff). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions a Private family funeral services will be held at the Ballard Church of Christ with Rev. Leonard Meyer and Rev. Donald Long co-officiating.
