He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Watkins and Ida Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Michael Watkins (Julie) and Stacey Mullen (Brad); his grandchildren, Nicholas Mullen, Kathryn Mullen, Jon Watkins and Matt Watkins; his siblings, Norman Watkins (Mabel), Sharon Finley (Ron), Ralph Watkins (Debi) and Dale Watkins (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Fisk and Randy Fisk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
