He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl DuBois and Margerte DuBois (Enfield); his wife Anita Motto; his son Dean DuBois; his grandson Jacob DuBois; and his siblings, Bob DuBois and Janice Henderson.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Farley (Jay), Greg DuBois (Lynn) and Denise Kammerzelt (Todd); his grandchildren, Kenlyn Laureys (Mike), Jayson Farley (Kayley), Adam DuBois (Jessica), Alissa Callahan (Kevin), Ben DuBois, Caitlin Murphy (Scott) and Ashley Westrate (Rick); and his sister Sherry Hansen. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
