He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lockhart and Ida Lockhart; and his siblings, Frank Lockhart (late Lula), Byrd Lockhart, Shirley Gipson, Everett Lockhart, Lee Lockhart Jr., Mae Lockhart and Jimmy Gipson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Lockhart and Teresa Sexton; his grandchildren, Jeffery, Douglas, Kaleena, Jamie and Michelle; his siblings, Sharon Brady, Marie Thomas (Art), Gertrude Bell (late Dean) and Howard Gipson; his sister-in-law Ruth Lockhart; and his friends, Kim and Bertie. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
