He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julie Colovos and Bill Colovos; his sister Christina Thorlakson (Cameron); his aunts and uncles, Diane Fournier, Chris Colovos (Marlene), Nancy Halinski (Paul) and Steve Peyovich; and his cousins, Amy Colovos, Michael Fournier (Lisa), James Colovos (Kali), Marina Sandoval (Zenon) and Julie Ferguson (Randy).

Visitation was held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Molnar Funeral Home (14032 Northline Rd, Southgate, MI 48195). The lying in state was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (16300 Dix Toledo Rd, Southgate, MI 48195). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Southgate Chapel of Molnar Funeral Home (14032 Northline Rd, Southgate, MI 48195).
