He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Owen Gwizdala; and his grandparents, Ann Jolin, Owen and Virginia Gwizdala. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Gwizdala; his siblings, Adrienne Simmon (Anthony) and Garrett Gwizdala; and his grandfather Gerald Downey. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
