He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Knapp Sr. and Clara Ruttman; and his brother David Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Diana Knapp; his son Wayne Knapp (Erin); his grandchildren, Memphis Knapp, Mia Knapp and Merrick Knapp; and his siblings, Paul Knapp (Christine), Ed Knapp (Barb), Jeff Knapp, Pamela Petrie (Bob), Maryann Baumann and Nancy Bauman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
