He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Joseph Kotynski and Elizabeth Katalin Kotynski; his siblings, Henry Joseph Kotynski Jr. (Pamela Kotynski) and Patricia Ellen Kotynski; and his son Eric William Kotynski (Nedai Kotynski).
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Kotynski; his brother Richard Alan Kotynski (Kimberly Ann Kotynski); his daughters, Mary Catherine Kotynski (Kevin Michael Sheehan) and Anne Elizabeth Kotynski Gooding (James Charles Thomas); and his grandchildren, Emma Rose Sheehan, Oliver James Sheehan, Montaz Ibraham Kotynski, Elizabeth Catherine Kotynski, Emily Mya Kotynski, Rhys William Kotynski Gooding and Kieron Jack Kotynski Gooding.
