With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Irene Kuzava of Southgate, Michigan, who passed away on February 24, 2022 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Kuzava; her parents, Richard Johnson and Betty Johnson; and her sister Cheryl Eichler. She is survived by: her daughter Cecilia Kuzava; and her siblings, Raymond Eichler (late Jennifer), Luann Nunnally (Bob) and Kenneth Johnson (Klaudine).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Cancer Society or the Michigan Humane Society.
