He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Kelly; and his parents, Philip Kelly and Helen Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Kelly and Collin Kelly; his siblings, James Kelly (Cathy), Susan Westerman (Jerry) and Patty Freeman; and his sister-in-law Betty Wagner.
