He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bereziuk and Edna Bereziuk. He is survived by: his son John Paul Bereziuk (Krissy); his grandchildren, Brooke Bereziuk and Brody Bereziuk; his siblings, Richard Bereziuk, Lourie Hurd (Robert) and David Bereziuk; and his nieces and nephews, Robbie, Kelly, Tyler and Bryan.
