She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Joyce Sullivan and Cecil A. Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Tobin Sullivan, Richard Covert and Nicola Sullivan; her grandchildren, Raven Cavazos, Kionee Cavazos, Richard Covert and Cecilia Covert; her great grandchildren, Jayden and Ra'Mia; and her husband Lawrence Pelkey.
