He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia DeFabio; his children, Penny Gibbons (Michael), Louis DeFabio III (Paula), Shirley Frederick (Larry) and John DeFabio; his granddaughters, Patricia Rollason (Adam), Kristen Kurzeja and Becky DeFabio-Hewitt (Cory); and his great grandchildren, Matthew Kurzeja, Alexia Kurzeja, Kaiden Elsey, Kenley Hewitt and Brittanie Hewitt.
