He was predeceased by: his parents, Berkley Henderson and Maxine Henderson. He is survived by: his spouse Andrea Henderson; his siblings, Kip Henderson (Donna) and Kevan Henderson; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Barli (Scott), Lori Lange (Jeremy) and Tracy Scrivner (Steve).
