He was predeceased by: his wife Eva; and his children, Phyllis and J. D. Ferguson. He is survived by: his son Warren; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Ferguson; his grandchildren, Melanie Ferguson, Jesse Ferguson (Emily), Kayla Trombley (Adam) and Emily Imhoff (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Matthew, Aidan, Mason, Adeline, Charlotte and Luke; and his sibling Vedera Collins.
