She is survived by: her children, Jerry Gatesy (Gloria), Diane Kuzala (Terry) and Arthur Gatesy (Theresa); her grandchildren, Louis Kuzala, Brian Kuzala (Jamie), Justin Gatesy (Danielle), Ashley Gatesy, Mary Gatesy, Michelle Gatesy and David Gatesy; her great grandchildren, Mia Kuzala, Brooke Kuzala and Thea Gatesy; and her sisters, Margaret Shupra and Agnes Gabriel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
