He was predeceased by: his parents, Marco Vitale and Serafina Vitale; and his brother Vito Vitale. He is survived by: his wife Rose Vitale; his children, Serafina "Sally" Salter (James), Marco Dean Vitale, Katherine Kuzava (Bernard) and Nancy Vitale (Michelle Roberts); his grandchildren, Michael, Noah (Christine), Amber (Christopher), Brandon (Erika), Jon (Shannon), Sara, Amy, Matt, Drew and Luciano; his great grandchildren, Eli, Rosalie, Cora, Genevieve, Serafina, Jaxon, Luke and Madison; and his siblings, Frank Vitale and Nino Vitale.
